We are a non-smoking unit and you must be over the age of 25 to rent. Sorry, no RV's or Motorcycles can be parked on the premises.

Linen options:
1. You can bring your own with no additional cost
2. I can arrange for the rental of the linens, towels and other needs. They will be there on your arrival date and be picked up after you depart! You control what you want to pay for!
Some essential supplies, such as toilet paper & cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience. We strive to make your vacation easy!
Security Deposit $100.00 (fully refundable)
$250 to book
50% at least 2 months in advance
100% at least 2 weeks in advance - Cancellation Policy:
Your $250 deposit will be forfeited upon cancellation at any time.
Within 30 days prior to your reservation, the 50% deposit will be forfeited.
Within 14 days prior to your reservation, the 100% deposit will be forfeited.
The only exception to the above policy would be if we were able to re-rent the unit at list price.

- Each bedroom is special in its own way! The master has a private bathroom with walk-in shower and an entry to the ocean-front balcony. The 'blue room' is serene with a bank of windows that overlooks the calm marsh and adjacent golf course. The 'daybed room' has two pedestal beds made to be comfortable if you just wish to retire and watch TV. Two windows give views of both the ocean and the marsh!
