Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rents from Friday afternoon to Friday morning- $1595 per wk + taxes, deposit & cleaning/admin fee
- Rental Rate of $1595 per week + $100 cleaning / administrative fee + 12% State & Local tax ($203.40) + $250 Refundable Security Deposit = Total charges of $2148.40.
$1249.20 Required to hold reservation with balance of $899.20 due 30 days prior to arrival.
This breaks down to:
$797.50 one half rent.
$101.70 one half State & Local taxes.
$100.00 Cleaning & Administrative fee.
$250.00 Refundable Security Deposit. - Final Payment of $899.20 is due 30 days prior to rental week.
$250 deposit will be refunded within 45 days of your departure.
