3 night or more booking avoids $200 cleaning fee. - CANCELLATION: If the TENANT cancels the reservation, the initial deposit minus a $50 administrative charge will be refunded ONLY if premises are re-rented by LANDLORD for the same period at same rental amount. If re-rented for lesser amount, the difference between this lease rent and the lesser re-rent shall not be refunded.
MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATION: Monthly renters must cancel (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least (90) days prior to check in.
We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance to cover any losses.
HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY: No refunds will be given, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.
