In the case that we re-book to another party, you will be refunded either your original rental amount or the amount of rent in the new booking, whichever is less. If we are unable to re-book that week you will be responsible for the full amount of rent in your contract. *to date we have always re-booked and refunded all or the majority of our tenant's money.
REFUNDS- in the case that a tenant is not satisfied with the property upon arrival, and the instructions at the house are followed, and if still not satisfied, a reasonable refund will be issued. We want happy tenants!

Restaurants and Shopping! : Wellfleet is located only 2 towns from Provincetown and has it's own very charming town center where you will find wonderful dining from casual to fancy and tons of great shopping! The Wellfleet flea market is just 10 min. down route 6 where you can shop till you drop.
Ponds: There are tons of great ponds to spend time swimming or fishing. Great for families with children since the water is warmer and calmer than the ocean.
