We reserve the right to change or cancel discount offers. 50% of total amount is due at the execution of a rental agreement and 25 % is non-refundable. **Reservation is subject to cancellation for non-receipt of these funds per contract. Security deposits are refundable as specified by contract. **Instead of cancellation, you may ask to transfer your vacation reservation to another time period (written details included in contract).
