Rockport House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Discount for two week rental $400 Summer, $200 Fall/Winter
50% of the total amount is due at the time of reservation.
The balance is due 1 month before arrival with a security deposit of $500 (refundable).
$125 cleaning fee not included.
The security deposit is refunded within two weeks after departure.
Check in at 3 p.m. Saturday, check-out following Saturday at 10:00 a.m.
Dogs allowed - $35 fee per dog
