The Casali House is the perfect getaway to call home during your stay at the shore. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, canal front home features a spacious, open living design, with high ceilings, and a large wrap around deck. The dock in the back yard can accommodate a boat up to 26' if you want to bring your own vessel and is ideal for launching your canoe or kayak and for fishing or crabbing. Watch a sunset over the preserve from the deck or during an evening stroll alongside the canal. The home overlooks Jefferson Bay and several small islands and beyond to Assawoman Bay, a perfect area for birdwatching, paddling a canoe or kayak and exploring. Located in a quiet resort community, many of the streets are lined with large shade trees and are great for walking, running and biking.

South Bethany is part of the Quiet Resorts, a seven-mile stretch of sandy, Atlantic ocean beaches in the southeastern corner of Delaware that also includes Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island.

The Casali House is just minutes from downtown Bethany Beach, area beaches, Fenwick Island State Park, and bay side recreation at Assawoman Bay and Wildflife Area.
