Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A 10% Discount is applicable if advance booking is made and paid 120 days prior to rental. contract

Personnel are grateful for a gratuity . - A 50% Deposit of the total amount is required to hold reservation and must be received within 10 days of reservation. 45 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellation the deposit is not refundable, but will be credited to a future rental at a date convenient to both parties according to availability. A security deposit of 300.00 /week USD for long distance charges/damages . This deposit must be included with the balance deposit . All or a portion of the security deposit will be returned 45 days after departure.
