Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rentals are Saturday 3PM to Saturday 10AM, with flexibility depending on other guests
- We have changed out rate structure to allow shorter stays! For short stays any time of the year, $150/night with a two night minimum. For stays of four to six nights, $130 per night any time of the year. If a stay of several nights exceeds the weekly rate, the weekly rate will apply. We do not charge a cleaning fee or security deposit!
- Reservations require $100 down for a booking in the following calendar year. One half of full payment is required after January 1 up to six weeks prior to occupancy, at which time full payment is due. No security deposit or cleaning fee is required. A lease will be sent when first 1/2 payment is received. Above rates do not include the 7% Maine sales tax. This will be added to your bill. Payments in excess of required amount will be returned and not deposited!
