Isle of Palms House Details
Classic beach house design with modern comfort. Going to the beach with multi-generations, this is the house for you. This house is built in the classic open design of the past but has every modern convenience you could ever need while relaxing in the Carolina sun. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are one big room for that wonderful family vacation. Spot our favorite dolphin feeding in the morning and evening while you dine at the table for eight enjoying the spectacular view of the ocean. There are also four bar stools at the kitchen bar and another table nearby with seating for four more. The kitchen is very well equipped and spacious enough for two to three cooks at once. There is an elevator to the first floor for bringing up luggage and groceries. Under the house parking for three cars and two additional in the driveway.
The bedrooms offer quiet privacy with two of them having private access to the porches. There are two bedrooms on the first floor with king-size beds and private baths. The master bath is huge with shower and separate tub. Upstairs four bedrooms (three queen and two twins).This house sleeps 12-14. Although the bedrooms upstairs share two baths, a sink and vanity are in each bedroom. A second family room upstairs with another cable TV and DVD is a great place for the kids to watch their own movies. The master bedroom has a third cable TV and DVD player.
From the huge porches 2400sf enjoy the rockers or wicker swing or nap in the hammock. Converse here way into the night and you might see a shooting star. A very short stroll down the private boardwalk and ten miles of flat pristine beach is below your feet. Very safe swimming area for children. Don't let hurricane season scare you from renting. We can provide information about vacation interruption insurance.
