Location! Location! This non-smoking Oceanfront Condo has become a favorite to visitors from all over. Sea Wind resort unit 207, is found at the south end of North Myrtle Beach. It is located just minutes from shopping for you ladies to golf for you guys. After a day of that, your evening can be filled and only minutes from fine restaurants and attractions. I'm wore out already, you'll need time to rest. A fully glass enclosed pool is equipped with a hot tub and a sauna to relieve all your tension year round. The sun deck is relaxing and is protected from windy days on the beach. Oceanfront Balcony is off both the living room and the master bedroom, a good place to watch the surf or maybe read a good book with a cup of coffee. We have a secured entrance to the elevators for your safety and well lit on site parking. Sorry, no motorcycles and trailered vehicles are permitted. No Pets. Mention Sea Winds rental when calling about this condo.

A 50% down payment is required for your reservation. We will hold your request for one week awaiting payment. If payment is not received in that time your reservation will be canceled. Your final payment is due no later than one month prior to arrival. Cancellation notice of 30 days is required for refund of any payments made. Requests to change dates within the thirty day time period is considered a cancellation. Security deposit can be made out in a form of a separate check or credit card to be held for no longer than a month for any excessive cleaning, unpaid balance, replacement, repair or missing items. - Once payment is received, we will send you confirmation of payment and your dates requested will be locked in. When final payment is received you will be notified on how to obtain the keys for your vacation getaway.
