Golf cart: Golf carts are available at all locations for an extra charge. Please check for availability. Insurance may be required! Please check with us for pricing. Bicycles are free of charge.
Cleaning fee schedule: All areas must be cleaned or a cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit for each item left uncleaned. Please see schedule below: trash, stove, broom swept, bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, refrigerator, hot tub. $250 if you would like us to clean it!
Security deposit schedule: Besides the fee, Pets and Golf Cart require security deposits! Pets are 500 each!
