Close to Silver Lake Sand Dunes and a short drive to quaint towns like Whitehall, Pentwater and Ludington. Great Golf courses close by such as Thoroughbred Golf Course. There are also several horse ranches nearby such as Rainbow Ranch and Thoroughbred which is complete with family fun Friday night rodeos, trail rides and BBQ's. Located in the private and secluded Little Point Sable Association community.

The Lakehouse is in a natural setting in a heavily wooded area accessed via 2 track dirt roads. The beach is pristine sugar sand with no public access so it's very quite. The house is part of a private association that includes a Playground, Nature Preserve with hiking trails and wishing well, Three Tennis Courts, Historical Stone Church with Seasonal Non-denominational Services. There is a boat ramp for Jet Ski's or very small boats 3 miles south. Silver lake sand dues are also very close by.
