- 50% Installment of the Rental Rate is required to secure a Reservation. The initial installment is refundable as follows: 90 days notice 100%, 60 days notice 50%, less than 30 days notice - non-refundable. There is a $500 security (damage) deposit, and a $175 cleaning fee.
