Nantucket Town Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Check-in is Saturday at/after 3PM; check-out is Saturday at/before 10AM.
- $350 deposit by personal check at time of booking to reserve the booking; payment for rental due 30 days prior to arrival. Deposit will be returned per the lease contract.
Rate includes 3 hours cleaning allowance - If more is needed, deposit will be adjusted. - Weekly rate $1600 to $1950 depending on season. Weekly rentals only, two week maximum.
