- Please note that this classic style 1920's beach house has two complete separate units, each with their own kitchen and living room. It's ideal for two families! (Sometime in the 1950's the second floor was added on.) This house is under new ownership and has undergone extensive upgrades and renovations, all the while keeping it's 1920's charm. All mattresses, bedding and sofas are brand NEW and extremely comfortable! The private brick patio, complete with brand new gas grill is a great gathering area - day or night, beneath the trellis. The garage is equipped with games: Foosball, ping pong, etc. to keep the younger vacationers busy on a rainy day!
