Just an easy 5-minute beach stroll away from the shores of ''Little Beach'' is the historic Chatham Lighthouse, the very famous Lighthouse Beach and popular South Beach where you'll find great surf, superb fishing and seal-watching. The condo is bright and airy with a cathedral ceiling, skylights, ceiling fan and is casually and comfortably furnished with an open living/dining-room/island kitchen area. Come relax and have a memorable beach vacation at our ''home-away-from-home'' and enjoy all of Chatham's bounties - this is a fantastic location for a family vacation!!!

Both bedrooms have brand new carpeting and air conditioning units.
