We have a brand new queen-size sofa-bed in the sky-lighted living-room area, and the upstairs bedroom is a large and roomy stand-up sky-lighted loft with a ''premium quality'' king-size bed, a twin sofa-bed and its own bath. Both bedrooms have new carpeting and air conditioning units.
