Less than 90 days - no refund unless unit is re-rented. 24 hr courtesy hold available to make travel arrangements. $200/wk deposit to book, balance due 60 days prior to arrival (60 days for February/March rentals). $200 security deposit may be required for non-credit card reservations. Cleaning fee is included for up to 3 loads of laundry after checkout. - Rate includes cleaning before and after your stay as well as the services of full time on-premises manager and maintenance man. Save by paying low direct-to-owner rates while getting the amenties and services of a small resort.
We also own and rent unit #111 directly below this unit. Gulf front, same size also with private balcony.
