Indian Shores Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Check out time is by 12:00 noon, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties to extend on agree
- From your $200.00 refundable security deposit we will deduct for: any damage in excess or ordinary wear and tear, you will receive a certified letter stating such with estimated cost of repairs within 15 days of departure. Upon tenants’ departure and landlords’ inspection of no damage, the security deposit will be returned in full via US mail.
- The tenant may chose to terminate the rental agreement at any time, however, a penalty of 20% of the rental balance will be assessed and security deposit will not be returned. No part of the rent shall be returned if the tenants should depart prior to the end of their rental agreement.
