Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Pool Heating is optional @ $150.00 week.
- Pool Heating is recommended from end November to end of March.
Special rates offered during Low Season and for stays of 14 days or more.
A $350 Damage/Reservation Deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your booking. The full Rental Amount must be received 6 weeks prior to arrival. Your Damage/Reservation Deposit is refundable within 2 weeks of departure subject to the Terms and Conditions of Rental.
