THIS IS A NON-SMOKING CONDOMINIUM.
$500 CLEANING FEE FOR PETS OR SMOKING -- AND MANAGEMENT WILL ASK YOU TO VACATE THE PREMISES. YOUR RENTAL AMOUNT WILL BE FORFEITED. - This is a non-smoking unit. A $500 charge will be assessed for cleaning if this policy is violated.
Parking for one vehicle on site is inclusive. One additional vehicle can be parked at a nearby satellite lot. Valet service available seasonally at a nominal rate. Additional vehicles may be parked for a nominal fee, subject to seasonal rates and availability.
All terms, fees and conditions are subject to change.
One Week Minimum from Memorial Day through September 30th. Three night minimum balance of year. From October 1 until Memorial Day we generally entertain only Monthly long term rentals.
