One window air conditioning unit in main living area and fans where needed. Garbage is picked up on Monday mornings. We have tables,chairs & umbrellas for front & back yards. Chairs, umbrella & fire pit for beach. Also some beach toys and swimming noodles. A new winery opened in '09. The Blue Water Winery has tours and wine tasting. It's located only 14 minutes south of us. Check it out and enjoy!!!!!
