Cancellations or Refunds:: In the event of cancellation of this contract, a refund will be made as follows: - With 60 days or more notice, a full Refund of the Deposit - less 20% processing fee. - Less than 60 days: A Refund will be reimbursed - as above - only if the accommodation can be filled for the same period of time. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. For additional information on this Destination, please go to Owner's own website listed below.
Payment Details: : 50% deposit to hold a reservation is required. Payments can be made by credit card via PayPal. We also offer a 5% discount for direct payment or bank wire from your bank to ours bank in Flamingo Beach. Contact owners for details.
Golf: There are 4 world class championship golf courses located within a short drive of our property ... Four seasons Papagayo Golf Course, Hacienda Pinilla Golf Course, Las Colinas Golf Course and Reserva Conchal Golf Course.
