Cancellations or Refunds:: In the event of cancellation of this contract, a refund will be made as follows: - With 60 days or more notice, a full Refund of the Deposit - less 20% processing fee. - Less than 60 days: A Refund will be reimbursed - as above - only if the accommodation can be filled for the same period of time. Payment Details: : 50% deposit to hold a reservation is required. Payments can be made by credit card via PayPal. We also offer a 5% discount for direct payment or bank wire from your bank to ours bank in Flamingo Beach. Contact owners for details.
Golf: There are 4 world class championship golf courses located within a short drive of our property ... Four seasons Papagayo Golf Course, Hacienda Pinilla Golf Course, Las Colinas Golf Course and Reserva Conchal Golf Course.
