- The master bedroom was enlarged in 2005 and a tiled patio was added. The master bedroom comes with a luxurious brand new king size bed and cable TV for those lazy days. A new high quality futon was purchased in 2006 and placed in the living room. This futon provides for an extra sleeping area downstairs. Upstairs a queen and single bed await your sleeping pleasure. The upstairs bedroom furniture was brand new in 2006 as is the new black granite bathroom vanity.
