- The home has a large first floor area with foosball table, two twin beds, private bath and access to the covered deck with dining set and step down to the pool. Also located on the first floor is the laundry room with new front loading washer and dryer. The second floor has two bedrooms on the south side with a bath in between. On the other side of the living room and kitchen are two more bedrooms, a newly renovated bath and a den attached to the master bedroom. The den has a double futon bed/sofa, a TV and a desk with internet access. It also has a door out to the open deck. There is a hot and cold outside shower.
