Community Information: With an impressive entry pavilion and featured lakes with beautiful water fountains, your family will feel as if they have entered their own private vacation oasis. The extensive landscaping and meticulously manicured indigenous foliage make Hampton Lakes an ideal retreat after an action packed day. Some of the complimentary public facilities within the development include: tennis and basketball courts, Olympic size swimming pool with keyless cabana, beach volleyball court, and several children’s play areas and nature paths round the lakes. All of the community amenities can be enjoyed with the rental of your vacation home without any extra hidden charges.

Our Home: There are three master suites that have been luxuriously furnished. The first master suite features a king sized bed, dresser and a walk-in closet, the private bathroom has a deep basin bathing tub and separate shower. The second master suite features a queen sized bed with a dresser, your private bathroom includes a large shower. The third master suite features a full sized bed, dresser, a large closet and full sized bathing tub with combined overhead shower. The two additional bedrooms are furnished with two twin beds in each, both with their own dressers and closets. The fourth bathroom features a full sized bathtub and overhead shower. Our family room is furnished with a pull-out bed hidden in the sofa. We have cable tv and a stereo. There are also games for you and your children to enjoy. We have a washer, dryer and dishwasher to make your stay efficient. The kitchen comes with all the appliances you would need.

The Pool: The lanai is protected by a screen which allows full sun penetration. The pool is equipped with an automated filtration and cleaning system and is serviced by a bi-weekly maintenance attendant. The ph and chlorine levels are maintained to highest of standards. On the deck we have sun loungers, regular seating chairs and an outdoor dining table. The lanai can be lighted at night for dining under the stars and the pool can be illuminated for nighttime fun. For added security, we have a child safety fence within the screened-in lanai that protects your child from gaining unwanted access to the pool. In addition to the safety fence, we have equipped the doors leading from the house to the lanai with an alert to sound when the doors are opened. The pool can be heated upon your request with an additional fee of $15.00 per day.

Golf: We are surrounded by many of Florida’s top golf courses. Champions Gate features two premier 18 hole championship golf courses designed by Greg Norman and hosts the DelWebb Father Son Challenge, the course remains in tournament playing condition year round for your enjoyment. Other nearby courses include Highlands Reserve, Southern Dunes, Reunion and Legends to mention a few. For the kiddies, we have within 10 minutes from the house several wonderful miniature golf courses each with their own theme.
