Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• $500 refundable security deposit; A Minimum of $125 cleaning fee, depends on # of people & children.
• $500.00 refundable security deposit.
  To reserve your dates, a deposit of 50% of the total rent is required. This deposit may be secured by providing a check, money order, travelers checks or PayPal. You are responsible for PayPal fees. Please note that dates cannot be guaranteed until your deposit is received and check clears the bank. The remaining rent, any fees and security deposit will be due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Additional rent and cleaning fees for parties of more than 6 people.
• Should either party wish to cancel a reservation, notice of cancellation must be sent via certified mail and received more than 60 days prior to arrival date. If the property is re-rented at the same dates & rate to another party, we will refund all of the reservation deposit except a $300 cancellation fee. If the property is not re-rented, we will retain the entire reservation deposit. It is unlikely, however, if we must cancel your reservation, notice shall be given a minimum of 60 days prior to arrival date and all monies received will be refunded to you within 5 business days of cancellation notice. The $300 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.
