Or you can head downtown for a night in San Diego's famous Gas Lamp District, or to Petco Park for a Padres game! The possibilities are endless!

Comforts: So whether you are sitting in the living room or out on the patio, you can watch the waves! That is if you are not watching the large flat screen plasma TV in the living room with state of the art surround sound stereo system. The master bedroom is also outfitted with its own flat panel HDTV that you can watch comfortably from the queen-size, VERY comfortable bed! The second bedroom has two twin beds and a see-through window, so full views of the ocean are never too out of sight! The kitchen is fully furnished with brand new state of the art appliances and granite countertops. The bathrooms feature travertine counters. The central patio features two gas grills a hot tub, top of the line lounge chairs, and showers to wash off the sand from the beach!

Policies: No parties are allowed on the property. Parties may result in immediate removal from property without refund. CANCELLATION: If the Tenant cancels his/her confirmed reservation more than 45 days prior to the Check-In Date, then a full refund less a $75.00 Cancellation Fee will be issued. If the Tenant cancels his/her confirmed reservation 21 to 45 days prior to the Check-In Date, then the Advance Rent Payment and $75 Cancellation Fee will be retained. If the Tenant cancels his/her confirmed reservation less than 21 days prior to the Check-In Date and the Property is not re-rented, then the full payment will be forfeited; if the Property is re-rented, then the Tenant’s money paid will be refunded minus the Advance Rent Payment and $75 Cancellation Fee, or, if the Tenant books the Property for a future date, then the Advance Rent Payment can be applied towards the future booking less the $75.00 Cancellation Fee.
