Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Local sales tax rate will apply. All other required taxes will apply to comply with state law.
• Check, Money order, Cashiers' check, E Checks accepted. Checks must cleared bank before check in. No exceptions. Deposit of $250.00 required to reserve for one week.
  
  Families who do not have credited and want to plan their vacation in advance for 2013 and 2014. We can work out a payment plan in advance of reservation. 6 person max. no more than 4 adults. Accepting rentals in 2013 and 2014. $250.00 deposit will reserve your week.. All fees must be paid 30 days before check in date unless prior arrangements have been made.

Amount remaining must be received through traveler\'s check, cashier check, paypal or money order prior to check-in. All fees must be paid and checks cleared before checking in.

  No indoor pets. Outside pet is a $500.00 additional deposit
  
  Winter rental available from October 1, 2012 to Febuary 28th, 2013 Payment plans available. 2 month min. 6 months max. for winter rental . Winter rentals are $925.00 monthly with a 2 month min. $950.00 deposit plus first month and last month is required ( includes cable, internet, and security system, electric, water and sewer.
