Included 2009: Video VHS/DVD movie library + book library+ music library/ DVD HBO+ 2 beach chairs + umbrella + beach toys + games (Yahtzee, Chess, Checkers, Uno, Scrabble, etc.) , wireless internet, 2 bikes for cruising There are two TVs for your convenience. There is a VCR and one TV in the one bedroom area and a DVD player with cable in the living room area. You have privacy during the week within our unit. Now that we have daily maid service, you will get linens and towels. There is a washer and dryer for you to use to wash any clothing items, during your stay. (machines are on the second floor and coin operated). There is a game room, also.

Sleeps a maximum of six people with two beds which sleeps two people in each bed (two beds) in the bedroom area. Two built in closets are on each side of the bedroom with two honey wicker dressers each side of the bedroom. There is a dividing wall which pulls across the bedroom for privacy on both sides. The sofa in the living room area is a pullout sofa with a bed that sleeps two people. The furniture is wicker furniture with a warm 'honey' tone in our unit. The bathroom has a full bath to bathe and relax. The dining room area has a maple wood table with a white tile top. You and your family can enjoy that 'gourmet' meal that you cooked or enjoy your take out to save time for more fun on the boardwalk! We believe that the beauty of eating at our table for breakfast, lunch, or dinner is that you are looking out a large window. You can see the beach and ocean with an unobstructed view when standing outside our condo. There are full kitchen appliances, dishwasher stove, ect.

Step onto the balcony/ turn right, down the steps and/or take the elevator (we are on the third floor in the front part of the building on the side facing the ocean). If you take those steps you are directly in the sand! We believe that our beach is beautiful and a benefit of staying on the beach is that you can walk back to our place without a struggle, grab a quick sandwich, use the bathroom, and run back down to the beach. There is a heated pool with a children's area. There are two communal sunning decks (one on the second floor towards the front and one in the back part of the building on the second floor). Barbecue grills are located on the premises for your use. There are lounge chairs in which you can stretch out and catch the rays! There is an elevator for your convenience for your beach items and luggage
