This beautiful three bedroom townhouse has just recently been totally renovated. The first floor has new ceramic floor, washer/dryer unit, new kitchen set, living room set, and bedroom sets. The second floor has two new bedroom sets. The first one has bunk beds and the second one has a queen size bed. The bathroom is all new. Located 1 1/2 blocks from the beach, and minutes from the Borgata. If shopping is your thing, you're only minutes away from the outlet shops in Atlantic City, The French Quarter in the Tropicana, or the new shops at Ceasar's called The Pier. Rooms at any casino go for $175 to $700 per night depending on the time of year. Why throw your money away when you can have a whole house for less. Four beach tags included, one block from Wawa, one block from the butcher/deli, and one block from Aunt B's Homemade Ice Cream. Historic Smithville just 20 minutes away by car. Update! Brand new central air system and gas heat conversion is now installed.
