Galveston House for Rent: Neighborhood Home 3 Blocks from Seawall - Best Little Beachhouse in Galveston - Property 160809

House Rules : We do not rent to prom groups, school groups, spring break groups, fraternities or sororities. We welcome families, family oriented groups and small corporate groups only. The main renter must be 25 years of age. Photo ID is required at the time of check-in. Please bring your cell phone as we do not have phone service at this time.

Reservations: Advance reservations are required with a $300.00 security deposit due at least 7 days prior to arrival date and the rental amount is due prior to check-in. Cash rental payments can be made at the time of check-in. The deposit must be paid in order to reserve the house. We accept cash, personal checks, money orders or credit card payments through 'Pay Pal'. Personal checks must be received at least 10 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit will be refunded in full within 7 days of check-out assuming that there is no damage to the property or its contents.

Check In / Out : Weekend rentals are available for Friday arrival (after 6 p.m.) and Sunday departure (before 2 p.m.). Weekly rentals are available for Sunday arrival (after 6 p.m.) and Sunday departure (before 2 p.m). (Arrival time can be earlier depending on rental schedule) Additional days may be added if available. Cancellations are required 7 days before the arrival date. Full advanced rental fees and deposits will be refunded if cancellations are made before the 7 days. Cancellations within the 7 day period will forfeit the total deposit amount. Lost items will be held for 30 days, however, we are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen.
