Wildwood Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Other Fees: $500.00 Security Deposit - Fully Refundable
Linen (sheets and towels) are available for your use. However, you must wash, dry and fold linen prior to check-out. If you use our linen and do not adhere to our requests, your deposit will be charged a $50.00 laundering fee for sheets & towels. Our cleaning service charges us extra for that service, so we pass that extra charge on to you. The cleaning crew knows when sheets have not been washed, so please be considerate.
Discounts available for multiple week stays. - $500.00 Rental Deposit due at time of signing contract (this amount is subtracted from total rental fee, which is due within 30 Days of arrival. Additionally, I require a $500 Security deposit, due 30 days before rental date, which is 100% refundable, assuming no damage.
Last minute booking payment due in full within 7-10 days by Cash, Certified Check, or Money Order.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Once lease agreement is signed and deposit received, 70% cancellation penalty applies unless we are able to re-rent the property during the week(s) you have canceled. The sooner you advise us of your personal situation, the quicker we can get the house back up on the market. If we are able to re-rent your time period, you will receive a full refund.

Perfect Family Beach Retreat - 2 blocks to water: 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Wildwood Condo - 141 E. Rio Grande Ave. Condo is only 2 blocks to the beach and boardwalk and perfect for your family to enjoy a spectacular Springtime Getaway or Summer of 2009 Week(s). Great Room includes the Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen. All bedrooms have a TV & DVD. Kitchen is full-size and fully equipped. Dining room table seats 6 to 8. The large deck is perfect for watching the beautiful Wildwood sunsets. The Master Bedroom has a King Heavenly bed and a private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds and PS2. The main bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Private off street parking for 3 to 4 cars (2 large cars or 3 small cars in our enclosed garage, with an additional space in the driveway.) Washer and dryer located in condo, with private outdoor shower in backyard & a private storage room in garage. ***New For 2009***For Your Vacation Pleasure***5 brand new beach bikes with lock and helmets, WiFi, PC, and Printer
The condo is equipped with a washer and dryer in unit. We provide linens and towels (including beach towels) for beds and baths. All 4 TVs have cable and DVD player. Please feel free to use our beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, grill, sand toys, etc. located in the storage room. Over 1300 square feet of relaxing living space! Please call to reserve your week. This unit is professionally cleaned in between tenants - arrive to a spotless condo.
About Us, The Owners: iLyndove, Steven, Justice and Sage Healy **** Ilyndove is originally from Los Angeles, Steve is originally from Baltimore, we have been married almost 20 years, we are both U.S. Vets. Steve is an Air Force Academy Graduate, and Ilyndove graduated from Syracuse University (go Orangemen!). Steve works as the Chief of Police for Princeton University, Ilyndove works in Development (fundraiser) at Rider University. Our children love hanging in Wildwood, but they also play sports, and have a busy social life, which prevents us from using our beach house as much as we would like. Justice is in the 9th grade, and Sage is in the 7th grade, they both play basketball, and run track. We rent our beach house for two reasons, first, it is a waste for a beach house to go unoccupied, we enjoy sharing. Secondly, while Life may be Good, we still have to make ends meet today and in the future. We try very hard to make our condo affordable, for your enjoyment as well as ours. Thanks for considering.
