Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Off season rates are available, please inquire.
All weekly rentals require a refundable $300.00 deposit, less any damages incurred. And 7% Maine State tax.
Pets are permitted with prior approval and a non-refundable pet deposit of $150.00.
This is a NON SMOKING property, Guest's will not be refunded the deposit if there is any sign of smoking in the property.
