Cathedral City House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Tax rate is required sales and city hotel tax.
- $300.00 per night, $1500.00 per week, monthly rates negotiable, plus 11.5% city hotel tax, spa heat included, pool heat $25.00 extra per night for the length of your stay, $150.00 non refundable cleaning fee, $500.00 refundable security deposit minus damages. Payment type can be of your choosing but needs to be made and cleared prior to rental. Credit cards may be use via Paypal but there is an additional 3% charge added to the total to cover the credit card fees. For reservations made over 1 month prior to rental, 2 weeks cancellation notice is required for refund. Reservations made within 1 month of rental date, 48 hours cancellation notice is required. Holidays and holiday weekends are $400.00 per night, 2 night minimum. CALL or EMAIL with questions or offers. Everything will be considered.
