The Area: Hampton Beach is within a short driving distance (=/- 1 hour) to many exciting attractions, including: Boston, Massachusetts; the White Mountains of New Hampshire; the retail outlets of Kittery, Maine; the historic port towns of Newburyport and Portsmouth.

Also at Hampton Beach: The Hampton Beach Casino is a major venue for many top-level recording artists and performers. This auditorium is within a 3 block walk of the condo.

Family Oriented Neighborhood: The condo is located on Keefe Avenue, one of the more family-friendly locations at Hampton Beach. We ask our renters to lower the volume on noise at 1030pm each night.
