Longer than one week: $500 balance due 60 days prior.
The deposit may be paid via cash, cashier's check, money order, traveler's checks (US funds only) or Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover, via PayPal. The reservation deposit is applied against the total due.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival forfeit all monies paid.
Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival will result in a refund of the deposit, less a $100 handling fee. Reservations not paid in full prior to final payment due date will be cancelled. No refunds given for early departures. - CHANGES: There is a $50 charge for modification of a confirmed reservation.
PAYMENT: All rates are in US Funds and are payable in US funds.
