50% deposit required to hold reservation. Balance and deposits due 60 days before arrival. - CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY- If you need to cancel we will do our best to re-book that week. In the case that we re-book to another party, you will be refunded either your original rental amount or the amount of rent in the new booking, whichever is less. If we are unable to re-book that week you will be responsible for the full amount of rent in your contract. *to date we have always re-booked and refunded all or the majority of our tenant's money.
REFUNDS- in the case that a tenant is not satisfied with the property upon arrival, and the instructions at the house are followed, and if still not satisfied, a reasonable refund will be issued. We want happy tenants!
