This 2 bedroom cottage is located just a short walking distance to the public beach of Lake Luzerne. Relax sitting at the picnic table on the deck or by the fire pit in front of the house. Quiet neighborhood
Cottage has living room, dining area, kitchen w/stove and refrigerator, bathroom w/tub, double bed, 2 twin beds, rollaway twin bed and cot, TV with cable. Linens and towels included. Air conditioning included.
Pets welcomed.
Cottage is located 11 miles from Lake George and 30 minutes from Saratoga Springs. A wonderful place to stay and relax. Plenty to do within those areas such as water tubing, horseback riding, kayaking, fishing, Great Escape, Boat rides on Lake George, Saratoga Performing Arts, Racino in Saratoga Springs, Shopping Outlets (Timberline, Gap, Tommy Hilfiger, Coach, Carters, Big Dogs, Dress Barn, Nautica and more).

Property is located approximately 1 block from Lake Luzerne public beach. Life Guard is on duty during the day. Picnic area nearby. Hudson River is within blocks of this home, where you can see it meet the Sacadaga Reservoir at the Rockwell Falls Bridge. You can also view it on the restored 1 car Brow Bridge (one of the 50 that are still in the USA). Lake George is 11 miles away where you can take a ride on one of the many pleasure boats available.
Weekly music festivals are in the public park as well as other activities during the summer. Saratoga Performing Arts Center is just over 30 minutes away where famous musicians, music festivals, the symphony, ballet and more perform. Craft and music festivals are scheduled during the summer at Lake George too.
Much to do within miles of this home such as tubby tubing, horse back riding, hiking, climb Firetower in Hadley, NY (just 10 minutes away), boating, golfing, Prospect Mountain in Lake George, Great Escape, Magic Forest and more

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Weekly rates will also be charged a $250 refundable security deposit and a $45 cleaning fee. . Holiday weeks are rented for full week except Memorial Day and Columbus Day weekend. Pets allowed at a surcharge of $50 per pet, plus a $100 refundable pet deposit. Payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express accepted. To reserve cottage, you must pay 50% or the rental fee plus pet surcharges within 7 days of booking. Balances, security deposits, cleaning fee and pet deposits are due 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings within 30 days will be required to pay in full to hold reservations. Cancellations:All deposits are non refundable unless property is rebooked. If new reservation is booed at the same rate, you will be refunded the paid rental fee and the security deposit, minus a $100 processing fee. No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason, including weather conditions.
- Check-in Saturdays after 3pm, Checkout Saturdays before 10am. Weekends have check in on or after 3pm, check out is on Sunday on or before 11am.
