Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A non refundable $69.00 will be added to each reservation for Property Damage Insurance.
- Deposits: 50% deposit upon booking. Balance due 30 days before arrival date.
Cancellation Policy: A 60 day cancellation notice is required for full refund less a $100.00 cancellation fee. If notice; is not given 60 days in advance of the arrival date, all funds will become a cancellation fee unless the dates can be sold to another guest. If the dates can be sold, a full refund will be given less a $100.00 cancellation fee.
A non refundable $69.00 will be added to each reservation for Property Damage Insurance. Any and all damages to the property must be reported immediately to the owner and will be the responsibility of the renter.
A utility allowance is given to each guest. The allowance may be $100.00 to $300.00 depending on the duration of the reservation. Any and all utilities used over the allowance will be charges to the guest without exception.
All reservation rates will be increased by 25% for special events such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years, BNP Tennis
