This spacious (3500 square feet) tastefully decorated 'Round House' accommodates up to 18 people very comfortably and allows multiple families, reunions or corporate retreats to experience the Fraser Valley with exceptional comfort and style. This cozy home is located in the exclusive Winter Park Ranch, has fantastic mountain scenery, five bedrooms, three full baths, large fully stocked gourmet kitchen, both a great room and family/media room, laundry room, all on a sunny private acre. The home opens up onto a large meadow where sledding, snowman and tunnel building can entertain kids young and old for hours.

Cozy and Sunny: Your gathering begins on the main level in the sunny great room. While preparing your special recipes in the roomy gourmet fully equipped kitchen, you'll enjoy the peaceful serenity of the forest and meadow. The dining and living rooms have wrap around windows and comfortable seating. This level also includes the master bedroom with a large private bath and walk in closet, second and third bedrooms, second full bath, and a large deck with gas barbecue. The roundness, large expanse of glass, and warm cedar ceilings make you feel like you're part of the natural surroundings. The sunny lower level walk out includes a large family/media room with a ping-pong table, digital satellite TV, VCR, DVD, CD player, game table and wet bar; two additional bedrooms; full bath and laundry room. This area also has wrap around windows and a deck with the hot tub overlooking the meadow. Summer activities includes the Winter Park base area with alpine slide, miniature golf, maze, and climbing wall.

This is a No Smoking and No Pets home. Sleeping accommodations are Five comfortable Queen Beds, one full bed, four twin beds, crib, and a comfortable queen sleeper couch.
