Are you looking for the perfect family vacation home? You’ve just found it! Our three bedroom, two bath lake front home located on the shores of Table Rock Lake in Kimberling City, Missouri is waiting for you! Mowed to the water and a gentle slope down to water’s edge…what more could you want?
Whether you are into swimming, boating, fishing, or simply relaxing on the deck overlooking the lake you will be certain to enjoy your stay. Down the street is the Port of Kimberling which has boat rentals and boat launch. Tennis and basketball courts are minutes away. Several golf courses are within a few miles of our home. Branson and all it has to offer…shows, attractions, shopping, etc. is but a short drive. Kimberling City is the home of two grocery stores, many fine restaurants and many fine shops…all within a five minute drive or less from our home!

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- There is a $500 deposit which will be returned to you within 10 days of your stay.
- Weekly rate: $1,400. There is maximum of eight people allowed which is strictly enforced. The $500 deposit is due at the time you make your reservation. All cancellations must be made at least 30 days before your stay or your deposit is forfeited. The balance plus deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival. We use Paypal for credit card payments. We do not rent for any period less than one week. There is an additional pet charge of $100 for the week, one pet maximum and must be pre-approved before making your reservation. We rent from Saturday to Saturday.
- We do not charge a cleaning fee. All we ask is the home is left in good condition and reasonably clean when you depart.
