Shorter stays may be considered during off season. Please inquire. - Fifty percent of the amount is due at time of booking with the remainder plus 10% PST and 5%GST (TAX) due at time of arrival. Payments are payable by cheque, cash, or money order, preferably in Canadian dollars; however, US dollars based on daily foreign exchange rates accepted. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel and we re-rent the property and do not incur additional expenses, you will receive a full refund of deposit. If we do not re-rent the property, no refund shall be remitted.
