Galveston Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A refundable damage deposit of $250 must be submitted at time of booking.
- To rent this unit, you must be over age 25. We do not rent to college students on spring break, or to any groups for prom or graduation parties, weddings or similar occasions. When booking your stay, you will need to complete our rental agreement and liability waiver and furnish proof of identity. Payment in full is required when booking stays of less than 3 days. For stays of 3 days or more, a deposit of half of the total rent plus the damage deposit will hold the reservation. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Weekend rates apply to Friday and Saturday nights only.
TWO NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. - Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival incur no penalty. If you cancel with less than 60 days notice, we will apply the rental deposit and damage deposit to a future stay or refund the amounts if the unit can be rebooked for the same dates.
