- The newly constructed and fully permitted bathroom in the second bedroom downstairs is handicapped friendly with a burm shower dam rather than an obstacle so that wheelchairs and infirm guests may pass in and out of the shower with ease, handicapped bars are in place and the entry door is ramped and large sized for a wheelchair, also includes a high-level toilet with handicap bars and a wheelchair-wall-mounted sink. The new bathroom is fully tiled and has a breezy window for ventilation.

- All beds are Tatmi Mat Bed Screens mounted on heavy wood post bed frames with 3 inch hypoallergenic foam mattresses under 4 inch wool or cotton futon mattresses as you wish, and kapok pillows with all bedding included. The master bedroom and the loft have televisions and DVD-VCR player-recorders and telephones in the rooms.
