Ten-story Sea Pointe Resort located at the North end of Cherry Grove Beach offers Quiet, large beach to lay in the sun and read a book or build your next sandcastle. A well-lit three story parking deck, is only a short walk to the elevators. This non-smoking condo is on the 8th floor unit 801, giving views of the ocean from the living and master bedroom and views of marsh from living room and 2nd bedroom. A wet bar is there for entertaining and the balcony is large enough for all to enjoy. The Master bedroom has a king size bed to get lost in your dreams and a whirlpool tub in bath to soak away a bad day of golf. The 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed with views of the marsh and the 3rd bedroom is perfect for the kids with a full / twin bunk bed ! Just a short drive away you can find shopping, miniature golf, watersports, golf, restaurants, and major attractions. Sorry, motorcycles and trailered vehicles not permitted. No pets. Mention Sea Pointe rental when calling about condo.

Your final payment is due no later than one month prior to arrival. cancellation notice of at least 30 days is required for refund of any payments made. requests to change dates within the thirty day time period is considered a cancellation. Security deposit can be made out in a form of a separate check or credit card to be held for no longer than a month for any excessive cleaning, unpaid balance, replacement, repair or missing items.
  • Once payment is received we will send you confirmation of payment and your dates requested will be locked in. when final payment is received you will be notified on how to obtain the keys for your vacation getaway.
