Indoor/outdoor living in Maui: The house was designed to take advantage of panoramic views to the ocean and neighboring islands. The house has plenty of natural daylight and natural ventilation. The house pursues sustainable design and green building techniques from proper building placement, pool orientation, orientation to trade winds for natural ventilation, deep cantilevered overhangs to control solar gain, green labeled & sustainable building materials, good indoor air quality, etc.
Guest Book: Well, we are back on the mainland and wish we had a few more days/weeks in paradise! We want to say thank you for making our stay at your lovely 'Beautiful Butterfly' so inviting and memorable. The spectacular views from your home were just incredible to say the least. Everyone had a wonderful time and we truly appreciate your thoughtfulness in trying to anticipate our needs as well as our children's needs (i.e. high chair, safety gate, play pen,toys,etc.).Thank you again for everything!
