- Two bedrooms have full, private baths. The third bedroom has access to the 1/2 bath. Original Victorian trim and detailing have been retained. Rooms are very comfortable with multiple windows for excellent cross ventilation. The bedrooms with full baths are furnished very attractively, with luxury linens, and are air conditioned. The third bedroom faces northwest and can be opened to cool evening breezes (its large windows do not accept room air conditioners). Air conditioning is rarely needed in coastal Maine.
