Port Charlotte Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Summer Rentals consist of the months of April through December and the rate is $800/weekly or $1,000/monthly.
Winter Rentals consist of the months of January through March and the rate is $1,750/month.
Long Term Renters are also welcomed.
There is also a $75.00 cleaning fee.
There is a $500 security deposit which is refunded at the end of your stay, after the $75.00 cleaning fee is deducted.
There is a non-refundable $100 application fee as a security clearance which is required through the condo association.
Payment must be made in full prior to moving in with a cashier's check or money order.
