Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The refundable security deposit is required to book the home.
- Total rental balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
State/local tax and a small cleaning fee are added to the above total.
Linens and towels are included if you are willing to wash and dry them before your departure. If you do not wish to do so, you may bring your own, or we can wash and dry them for $40.
