Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Peak: July 1-September 30: weekly $925/ bi-weekly $1775/ monthly $3,500; June/October $825/week
- Due to recent doubling of water and sewage rates for the property, we have had to increase our rates for the 2012 season
Reservations confirmed before April 15, 2012 receive a $25/week rate reduction.
